Getting Started

Sign up Stage

To become an SMX partner and integrate to the SMX for Apps API, you must apply via the following form: Become a SiteMinder partner - Integration Application. Our business team will get in contact with you once your application has been reviewed.

Development to the SMX for Apps API can only commence once your application has been approved and any applicable agreements are signed.

Development Stage - Test Environment Access

Once the applicable agreements are signed, the Partner Integrations team will send you the SMX for Apps Welcome Pack.

Once received, please confirm the point of contact for this development project and the functionalities that you are building.

If you are interested in being certified for reservations, you will be asked to provide your staging/test details.

The Partner Integrations team will provide you with access to our test environment and send you the development details. They will follow up on your progress weekly and will also be auditing the logs to ensure that you are on the right track.

The team will be on hand to help throughout your development and will assist with any technical questions you have surrounding the SMX for Apps API.

Test Extranet

The connecting application will get access to a test hotel on the SiteMinder's "Little Hotelier | Front Desk", the same access and visibility as any property would.

Access to the test extranet: https://tpi-cm-apac.preprod.siteminderlabs.com/web

SiteMinder provides a test account for use during the active development phase. This account is intended solely for development purposes and should not be used for ongoing testing or demonstrations. Access to the test account will be disabled upon completion of the SiteConnect certification.
