Revoke API Access Key

Here you will find instructions on how to revoke the API access key, in the event of your original access key being compromised.

In the screen displayed below, you will see View, Hide and Revoke buttons beside each key.

The API Keys will be hashed/hidden when you open this screen and will only be displayed if the View button is clicked.

The Revoke button should only be clicked in the case of the key being compromised, and after your systems have been switched to your alternative key, to ensure no downtime of your systems.

As we have built the possibility of switching between two keys, there will be no expiry on all access keys.

Please also note that there will not be a key automatically generated after a key is revoked, you will need to generate the new key manually, once required.
