Rooms and Rates

The Rooms and Rates API enables a Property Management System (PMS) to request a list of Room Rates from pmsXchange for a specific hotel.

The response will provide the names and mapping codes for these Room Rates, which can be used to align and map pmsXchange Room Rates with the hotel’s own Room Rates in the PMS.

If your PMS does not support Rate Plans, the fields for 'ratePlanName' and 'ratePlanCode' will be empty.

Additionally, the 'Included Occupancy' field is optional and may also be blank if the hoteliers have not set this value in the SiteMinder Platform.
