Channels Plus is designed to allow channels to effortlessly connect to one API and be connected to multiple SiteMinder properties in moments. Expand your reach to a range of SiteMinder properties and say goodbye to time-consuming sales, onboarding, contracting and billing processes.

When you connect to Channels Plus, you will get access to two SiteMinder systems:

1. Channels Plus Partner Portal: To allow channels to:

   • Explore the growing list of properties available on Channels Plus

   • Review content for Channels Plus properties to assess if they fit your brand

   • Retrieve and manage your API keys

   • Create and manage deals - promotional offers to access better rates from participating properties

   • Review billed reservations

2. Channels Plus Channel API:

   • Shop Channels Plus for properties with availability for your guest's stay range

   • Create, modify and cancel Channels Plus reservations

Can a property be connected to you via Channels Plus and a direct connection? Yes, a property can be connected to a channel and actively shopped by you through Channels Plus and a direct connection. However, you can only make a reservation via the source of the inventory and at the price derived from that source. You additionally also have the ability to block certain properties on Channels Plus to stop them from appearing in search results if you wish to only shop the property via your direct connection.
