Deactivation Process for Hotels
If an existing Property is requested to be Deactivated, please fill out the following form: https://smx.typeform.com/to/fphF2d
The SMX Activations Team will receive a notification and disconnect the application from the property.
It will be required to add:
Email address
Application in the list
Name of the hotel(s), separated by commas
Hotel ID(s), separated by commas
Message Type to be deactivated
Name of the PMS (Publisher) if known
Deactivation Date (optional)
Reason Deactivation (optional)
