Test Environment

Each booking channel connecting to the SiteMinder platform via Channels Plus API will be provided with access to the test Partner Portal to obtaining the API ID and API Key.

Postman Collection

To assist you in testing the Channels Plus API, we've prepared Postman collection and environment for you. Follow the steps below to begin your testing process:

Step 1 - Access our Postman workspace: https://www.postman.com/siteminder-apis/channels/overview

Step 2 - Fork Channels Plus - Channel API collection to your Postman account.

Step 3 - Fork the Channels Plus environment.

Step 4 - Update the environment with your specific details (API ID from Partner Portal and API ID from Partner Portal).

Step 5 - Test the required calls.

Create Deals

Supporting the Deals feature is mandatory, as it helps secure competitive rates from hotels in Channels Plus. To proceed, create a deal using a test property through your partner portal and notify us once it is ready for approval. After approval, you will be able to use the deal code to send requests.
