  1. If an existing Property is requested to be Deactivated, fill out the following form:

  2. The SMX Activations Team will receive a notification and disconnect the application from the property.

  3. It will be required to add:

    • Email address

    • Application in the list

    • Name of the hotel(s), separated by commas

    • Hotel ID(s), separated by commas

    • Message Type to be deactivated

    • Name of the PMS (Publisher) if known

    • Deactivation Date (optional)

    • Reason Deactivation (optional)
